Book a Court and Match Arranging
Members can pick a court usage duration, pick a court, and invite partners from the club to join them using push notifications on the Mobile App. Members can also split the court fees amongst all the court users automatically.
Under Match Arranging, our app finds the partners for your member. App will send notifications to everyone with the right rating. And then set up the match. This will go a long way in helping members form new relationships and new friends at the club.

Hire Pros
Members hire a Tennis Pro, pay for them and set up an appointment at a court on the app; and in that event commissions are automatically tracked by the software. All Tennis Pro appointments can be scheduled with purchases and Session Balances maintained on the Platform.

Run Clinics and Programs
Members can book a Tennis Clinic and pay for it on the App either using Stripe or the Billing Company. As the Tennis Director, you can set up different Programs/Clinic at different times with different time slots at different price points per event and the whole program. This lets you run many parallel cohorts. For example, the Saturday program can be priced higher than the weekday ones. Programs and Coaching sessions can be charged for on the SHC Platform through Stripe or the Billing Company.
